Questions about pricing

What counts as a call?
A call is one use of an OpenBnB tool by your assistant, such as one Airbnb search or one listing lookup. A single request to your assistant can involve several calls. Distance lookups are charged per origin × destination pair: 1¢ each, up to 25 pairs (25¢) per call.
What if a call fails?
You're not charged. Only successful tool calls are charged.
How do I top up?
Ask your assistant for your OpenBnB balance. It gives you your personal top-up link. Top up any amount from $5, paid by card through Stripe. Taxes may apply. If your balance reaches $0, your assistant pauses tool calls and shows the link.
How do I check my balance?
Ask your assistant “What's my OpenBnB balance?” It calls the account_balance tool, which also lists prices and returns your personal top-up link. Checking your balance is free.
Is there a subscription?
No. There's no subscription and no monthly fee. You pay for successful calls from a prepaid balance, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
